Princess Ousley
Princess Ousley is the visionary leader of Elite Business Strategies, LLC (EBS), a trusted partner to government agencies, community organizations, and private entities nationwide. With over 17 years of expertise in disaster management and recovery operations, she has led EBS in administering over $2 billion in recovery funding, delivering innovative, results-driven solutions.
Princess’s career began as Program Manager for Florida’s Domestic Preparedness Program, where she oversaw the implementation of critical DHS initiatives and managed over $255 million in federal preparedness funding. Her extensive experience spans FEMA Public Assistance, Individual Assistance, and HUD disaster recovery programs, enabling her to navigate complex funding mechanisms and regulatory requirements with precision.
A passionate advocate for resilience and diversity, Princess leads EBS as a minority-certified, women-owned enterprise, combining strategic vision with operational excellence to empower communities and drive sustainable recovery efforts.

Mrs. Freeman is a retired EM Director for Nassau County FL. She has extensive experience in all -hazard preparedness, planning, response and mitigation. Nancy is a proven Emergency Management professional whose expertise is invaluable.

Ja’Baree is an experienced Sales Director who has spent the last decade building relationships and providing technical solutions to clients in the SLED market. As a subject matter expert in process automation and AI, he also serves as the technical lead on EBS projects.
